Available standards and in-house reference materials:
Reference standards used in our laboratory include the SP-RCO (Horiba calibration objective) and a silicon wafer for the 532 nm laser and a diamond for the 266 nm laser. Expected precision using the 1800 gr/mm grating is 0.5 cm-1, 600 gr/mm grating is 1 cm-1 and 2400 gr/mm is 1.5 cm-1.
